The visibility path

01 Clarify

02 Align

03 Show up

04 Create opportunity

You may be ready for this if…

Your professional presence no longer reflects the expert you have become.

01

Your practice is established, but your website and profiles still feel broad, outdated, or generic.

02

You want to be known for something specific, but choosing a focus feels limiting or hard to articulate.

03

You have ideas for speaking, training, consulting, media, or new offers—but no visible platform around them.

04

You know you should “show up online,” but posting without a strategy feels performative, inconsistent, or pointless.

“I don’t want to become an influencer. I want the right people to understand what I do—and why it matters.”

You do not need to be online all the time. You need a thoughtful system that makes your expertise easier to find, understand, trust, and act on.

This work goes beyond social media

Build a professional brand that creates opportunities—not simply more content.

→ Clarify the expertise and perspective you want to be known for.

→ Define the audiences, referral partners, and decision-makers you need to reach.

→ Align your website, bios, profiles, content, and calls to action.

→ Choose visibility channels that match your goals, strengths, and actual capacity.

→ Create pathways from visibility to referrals, invitations, collaborations, and growth.

Two ways to work together

Begin with clarity. Continue with support.

Both services are designed to meet you at your current stage—whether you need a focused strategic diagnosis or hands-on guidance building the full visibility system.

Why Dr. Amber

I have built the kind of visibility I now help other clinicians create.

I began intentionally building my online platform in 2016—long before online visibility became a standard part of private-practice growth. Since then, I have learned how to turn clinical knowledge into accessible, trustworthy content that people return to, share, and remember.

That work has grown into three podcasts, online communities, a traditionally published book, and a recognizable presence in the parenting and motherhood psychology space. My online platform has also become a consistent source of therapy referrals, with many clients finding my practice through Instagram.

Over time, the visibility I cultivated has created opportunities beyond the therapy room: speaking engagements, media and news coverage, professional collaborations, and invitations to share my expertise with larger audiences. These opportunities did not come from trying to be everywhere. They came from becoming clear about what I wanted to be known for and communicating that expertise consistently.

Strategy shaped by lived experience—not theory alone.

I understand the ethical, professional, and emotional complexity clinicians navigate when becoming more visible. I also understand the practical work of developing a point of view, growing an audience, sustaining content, and building pathways from online trust to real professional opportunities.

My approach is collaborative, clinically informed, and grounded in sustainable growth. We will not manufacture an online persona. We will clarify what is already true about your expertise and build a public presence that communicates it with confidence.

Frequently asked questions

Before you inquire

Do I need to be active on social media?

No. Social media is one possible visibility channel—not the entire strategy. We’ll choose channels based on your audience, goals, strengths, and capacity.

What if I do not have a clear niche?

You do not need to arrive with one. Part of the work is identifying a credible through-line across your experience without forcing you into an artificially narrow identity.

Will you redesign my website or manage my content?

The core offers focus on strategy, messaging, recommendations, tools, and guided implementation. Full website design, ongoing content management, graphic design, and production are not included.

Which offer should I choose?

Choose the Diagnostic if you need expert clarity and a prioritized plan. Choose the Buildout if you want sustained collaboration to develop the messaging, systems, and opportunity plan with support each week.

Is this only for psychologists?

No. The work is designed for established mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, clinical social workers, counselors, and related clinicians.

You have already built the expertise.

Now let’s build the visibility around it.
