Virtual sessions available across 40+ PSYPACT states.
One of my deepest passions is helping parents and high-achieving adults navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and joy. My approach to therapy is nurturing, collaborative, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear or pressure.
I know firsthand how much our relationships shape our emotional well-being. Healing from past trauma isn’t just about moving on. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that deserve care, understanding, and compassion. Whether you’re struggling with relationship patterns, seeking deeper connection with loved ones, or learning to nurture a younger version of yourself that still carries emotional wounds, I’m here to help.
Together, we’ll work to strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to help you feel grounded and connected so you can show up in your life with authenticity, confidence, and peace.

My Therapy Style
As a psychologist, I understand how challenging it can be to hold everything together while navigating life’s pressures, relationships, and emotional patterns.
Our therapeutic journey will be collaborative — a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll uncover what’s beneath the stress, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical tools for greater emotional balance, self-compassion, and connection.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in both science and connection. I integrate attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to create a personalized therapy experience — one that honors your unique story and helps you move toward healing, peace, and authenticity.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your session rate?
Individual therapy sessions are $250 for 50 minutes.
Diagnostic intake sessions (the first appointment) are $275,
Couples or family therapy sessions are $300.
Therapy is a meaningful investment in your emotional wellness and growth. These rates reflect the depth, expertise, and intentional care I bring to each session as we work toward greater balance, healing, and connection.
Do you accept insurance?
No. I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Where do you see clients?
All sessions are conducted virtually for clients living in 40+ PSYPACT states, including District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Illinois, and many more.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to establish momentum and consistency. As progress develops, we may transition to biweekly sessions based on your goals and needs.
What should I expect in the first session?
Your first session (the diagnostic intake) is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another in a comfortable, supportive space. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what you’d like to work toward in therapy.
You can expect a balance of gentle exploration and structure. I’ll guide the conversation while also giving you plenty of space to share what feels most important. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and identifying what a path toward healing and growth might look like for you.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This first session is simply a starting point for reflection, connection, and care.
What happens after the first session?
After our initial session, we’ll decide together on the best next steps for your therapy journey. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As progress develops, we may transition to biweekly or maintenance sessions based on your needs and goals.
In ongoing therapy, we’ll continue exploring the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape your experiences, while developing practical tools to help you regulate, communicate, and feel more grounded in daily life.
Each session is tailored to you, and the process unfolds at a pace that honors both your comfort and your growth.
