Is This For You?

You're doing everything right
on the outside.

You're educated, driven, intentional. But behind closed doors, you find yourself reacting in ways that scare you — or going numb when your child needs you most.

  • You lose it with your kid and then spiral in guilt afterward
  • You feel the weight of "breaking cycles" but don't know how
  • Your anxiety is showing up in your parenting and your home
  • You parent from exhaustion, not from intention
  • You're trying to be the parent you never had — but weren't taught how
  • You feel tension between the parent you want to be and the one you were raised by
  • You're holding everything together, but it's costing you

"This experience will teach you how to parent while doing your own emotional work at the same time."

This is a guided transformation — not a parenting class, not group therapy. It's the place where high-achieving parents do the real work: healing themselves so their children don't have to carry what they carried.

Why This Is Different

A parent transformation
program. Not a parenting class.

Guided by a clinical psychologist who specializes in exactly this intersection — your history, your parenting, and your family system.

01

Psychologist-Led

Every session is led by Dr. Amber — a clinical psychologist and trauma expert who understands how your history lives in your parenting right now.

02

Real-Time Application

Each session includes teaching, guided self-reflection, and a practical tool you apply to your actual parenting life that same week.

03

Deep Transformation

This goes beyond coping strategies. You'll connect your personal healing to your parenting and your family system — for lasting change, not symptom relief.

The 8-Week Journey

Where you go to truly
learn to parent differently.

Each week builds on the last — moving you from awareness to regulation to a completely different family culture.

Week 01

Understanding Your Emotions

Week 02

Emotional Regulation & The PCR Framework

Week 03

Responding Instead of Reacting

Week 04

Repair After Rupture

Week 05

Breaking Generational Patterns

Week 06

Creating Emotional Safety in Your Home

Week 07

Compassion + Expectations — "Just Right" Parenting

Week 08

Building Long-Term Family Resilience

Each Session Includes

A structure built for
real-life parents.

Part One

Psychoeducation

A teaching component that gives you the framework and language to understand what's happening inside you — grounded in psychology, not platitudes.

Part Two

Guided Reflection

A self-reflection component that connects the teaching to your personal history, your triggers, and your specific parenting experiences.

Part Three

Real-Time Application

A practical parenting tool you leave with each week — something concrete to try in your actual family life before the next session.

The Transformation

By week eight, you won't
recognize your reactions.

  • 1

Awareness of what's happening inside you

You'll finally understand your emotional triggers before they run the show.

  • 2

Regulation of your emotions in real time

You'll have concrete tools to steady yourself in the hardest parenting moments.

  • 3

    Different responses to your child

You'll respond from intention — not from the wounds of your own childhood.

  • 4

    Repair when things go wrong

You'll know exactly how to reconnect after rupture — and teach your child that repair is possible.

  • 5

Breaking old patterns in real time

The generational cycles stop with you — not someday, but in the moments that matter most.

  • 6

    A different family culture

You'll build a home where emotional safety is the norm — not the exception.

Clinical Psychologist & Trauma Expert

Clinical Psychologist Trauma Expert Published Author Parent Development

I'm a clinical psychologist and trauma expert who works at the intersection of personal healing, parenting, and family systems. I built this program because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, intentional parents who had all the right goals — but no roadmap for how to get there while doing their own healing at the same time.

I'm also the author of A Parent's Guide to Self-Regulation — a practical framework for breaking the cycle of dysregulation and mastering emotions for parents and children. The PCR Framework you'll learn in this program comes directly from that work.

My work goes beyond coping. I help you understand your family system, process what shaped you, and build something genuinely different — for yourself, and for your children.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what
you're already wondering.

Is this therapy? Do I need to be in therapy to join?

This is not group therapy — it's a parent transformation program led by a psychologist. You don't need to be in individual therapy to join, though many participants are. If you're navigating something that requires clinical support beyond what a group experience can offer, Dr. Amber will talk with you about that honestly during the fit call.

I'm already in individual therapy. Is this still worth it?

Absolutely — and many participants find it goes deeper in certain ways. Individual therapy helps you do your personal work; this program is specifically about how that work shows up in your parenting. The two complement each other powerfully.

What if I can't make every session live?

Sessions will not be recorded. This is a live experience by design — the group dynamic, real-time reflection, and connection with other parents is a core part of the transformation. We ask for a genuine commitment to show up.

Will I have to share personal things in front of the group?

You share at the level you're comfortable with. Dr. Amber creates a contained, safe environment where vulnerability is invited but never forced. You'll be in a small cohort of parents doing the same work — which makes it easier than you might think.

My child is young (or a teenager) — does this work for my situation?

Yes. The curriculum is designed to be applicable regardless of your child's age. The emotional patterns, generational dynamics, and regulation tools are relevant whether you're parenting a toddler, a tween, or a teenager. The fit call is a good place to talk through your specific situation.

What is the investment to participate?

The investment is $1,200 for an individual parent. Spouses or co-parents who enroll together can participate at a combined rate of $1,800. Payment plans are available.

What if I’m interested but I'm not sure it's the right fit?

Joining the interest list does not commit you to enrolling. When applications open, the fit process will help determine whether the program is right for where you are. If it isn't the right fit, Dr. Amber will communicate that honestly and, when possible, point you toward another option.

How is this different from a parenting book or online course?

A course gives you information. This gives you transformation — in real time, with a psychologist present, alongside parents doing the same work. The live guided reflection and real-time application components are what make the learning actually change your behavior, not just your knowledge.
