Today we will focus on the last two domains: Occupational and Financial Wellness.
Occupational wellness ensures personal satisfaction and enrichment from one’s work. This includes achieving a balance between work and personal time, the ability to address workplace stress, and even seeking work or professional endeavors that bring fulfillment into your life.

I personally have experienced the adverse effects of unfulfilling work and it compromised my health and wellness more than I realized. Achieving occupational wellness does not require extreme measures (i.e. quitting your job) but can be achieved gradually with small changes within our work/professional lives.

The guilt, embarrassment, or shame that comes with financial difficulty can financial wellness difficult to talk about, however I encourage us all to consider ways in which we can begin to address and improve our financial wellness.
