We have one more week to go! Week 1 involved lots of reading, reflection, and learning. Week 2 involved more action and practice of self-care activities and strategies. Week 3 will push you even further into the practice of your self-care so that it is tailored and personalized to be exactly what you need it to be.
Similar to Week 2, the next few days will be similar and will challenge you to try a new self-care strategy or activity each day. Remember, please stay focused and don’t lose track of your goal for this week, which is to further put all that we have learned into action!

Write down or keep track of the domain and self-care activity selected for today. Also write down how it felt for you. We will come back to this on Day 21.
