The next few days will be similar in that you will be practicing a new self-care strategy each day. The only difference will be that will be trying a new self-care strategy from a different wellness domain each day.

Write down or keep track of the domain and self-care activity selected for today. Also write down how it felt for you. We will come back to this on Day 14.
*Helpful Tip: If you are having trouble deciding on what to do for your self-care activity for your chosen wellness domain, remember to refer back to Days 2-5 to look at the descriptions of each domain, and examples of self-care activities that may fall within those domains. Also refer back to Day 6 when you learned your love language, as this can also help you remember what might feel good or be a good fit for you.
