Week 2 Prep
The focus of Week 2 is to implement your self-care routine. Starting tomorrow, get ready to begin selecting domains for which you would like to start practicing self-care activities. Remember that it is absolutely your right to decide what is healthy or feels good to you. Your self-care is yours. So what will work for you?
After learning your ideas of self-care, knowing the eight wellness domains, and understanding your love language, you should be able ready to choose the best ways to begin implementing your self-care routine.
