It’s the last day of Week 2 and if you have followed along all week, you should officially began implementing own personalized self-care routine.

To finish up Week 2, review all of the self-care activities (and respective domains) that you’ve completed this week and answer the following questions:
Lastly, rate the six wellness domains (the top six you selected from last week) from 1 to 6 in terms of best fit for your ideas of self-care. (1= Most important domain, 8= Least important domain).
Week 3 Prep
The focus of Week 3 is to optimize your self-care routine. Starting tomorrow, get ready to become even more selective about the best self-care domains and activities for you. Just another reminder that it is absolutely your right to decide what is healthy or feels good to you. Your self-care is yours. So what will work for you?
